Job Description
Specific Job Functions:
- Report to work at scheduled time and report to scheduled location.
- Receive Playcard from guest and deduct appropriate amounts from card to play their game, and award prizes as appropriate.
- Maintain proper security of prizes.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Operate games according to the rules of the Midway Games Manual.
- Stock and/or repair merchandise when assigned.
- Maintain proper grooming and dress standards.
- Clean game at the end of shift and assist with trash duty.
- Direct problems to the Supervisor.
- Help maintain a safe work environment.
- Other job related duties as requested.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- High School Education or Equivalent.
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
