What You'll Do:
As a videographer, you will play a key role in our Marketing department, working closely with the Corporate Marketing Manager and creative team. As a videographer, you will travel to various Stotz Equipment locations for video production. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Video Production: Assist in creating captivating video content with industry-standard equipment and software. Assist in editing video footage, including color correction, sound design, and graphics integration, using (primarily) Adobe Suite.
- Storytelling and Collaboration: Develop compelling visual narratives in collaboration with the Marketing creative team and other departments, catering to both internal and external audiences.
- Camera and Equipment: Operate, organize, and maintain video equipment to ensure high-quality shots and composition.
- Lighting and Sound: Assist in managing lighting and audio equipment for professional video and audio quality.
- Content Management and Creativity: Assist in organizing video assets for accessibility and contribute to innovative video concepts while staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance your videography skills. This position includes career advancement and technical training opportunities, especially drone operation training and licensing
What's Required:
We are seeking an individual with the following attributes:
- Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated independence, creativity, and a drive for success in a dynamic work environment.
- Entry-level videography experience and exposure to general marketing, including graphic design, social media, communications, and digital/traditional advertising.
- While not required, a degree in video production, marketing, graphic design, communication, or a related other creative field is a plus.
- General knowledge of the equipment industry. Advanced knowledge is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with the dealership business model, especially that of equipment dealerships.
