As our portfolio continues to grow, so do our Corporate Teams! Mark-Taylor is hiring a Videographer to join our Marketing team.
As a Videographer, you will work out of our Corporate Office located in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottdale, Arizona. You will work with the Marketing team to tackle the challenges of developing video content that helps build our brand, engages employees, and keeps our external partners informed of important business updates.
You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:
- Create content and carry out the Mark-Taylor voice and brand through videography, motion graphics and photography
- Consult, plan, and execute photo and video shoots from pre-production through post-production
- Create storyboards to help guide internal and external stakeholders through the planning process
- Conduct interviews and showcase them in multimedia form
- Edit new and existing videos in programs such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects as needed
- Edit new and existing photos in Adobe programs such as Lightroom or Photoshop
- Strong understanding of computer software used for planning, editing, and scripting
- Execute your project duties in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining an excellent eye for detail
- Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods of time
We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Videography, Photography, Journalism, Marketing, Media, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in photography, videography, and editing
- Exceptional photo and video editing skills with Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiar with Adobe After Effects and experience with motion graphics
- Skillset to identify, research, plan, and produce valuable multimedia content on your own
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, exceptional organization skills and process-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all levels of stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- Self-motivated, nimble and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- An added bonus, but not required- experience in scriptwriting
