We have been building Internet Departments and BDCs for over two decades and helped our clients earn over $1 Billion in additional revenue. Being in business for over 18 years, our business has grown to include a national training company for the automotive industry, an annual national automotive sales training conference, a nationally syndicated radio show, and a rapidly growing podcast.
We are growing at a fast pace and are currently in search of a Video Editor/Videographer to join our creative team. We are looking for an energetic, creative, and self-motivated individual to make our subject matter experts look like cinematic curricular superheroes. As a member of our creative team, you’ll collaborate with our sales, marketing, and executive teams to create masterpieces for our automotive sales training platform, podcast, radio show, and our annual automotive sales conference.
Earn between 35,000 - 40,000 annually (based on experience and skill set)

Primary Responsibilities
*Pre-planning and brainstorming for various video projects.
*Collaborate with team members to ensure the best product possible.
*Create scripts and shot lists.
*Film various kinds of videos: Training modules, commercials, social media, podcasts, etc.
*Assemble raw footage, upload to computer, and organize in internal storage system.
*Editing videos from start to finish.
*Create rough and final cuts.
*Ensure proper grammar throughout videos as needed.
*Connect and work with clients when needed.
*Uploading finished videos to YouTube channel.
*Create entertaining, educational, and inspiring videos.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Proven work experience, or portfolio for video editing and production.
*Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop is a MUST.
*Ability to edit audio and dialogue in Adobe Audition.
*Ability to edit music and other SFX in videos.
*Familiar with Mac OS.
*Familiarity with the YouTube uploading process.
*Experience with green screen studio filming.
*Knowledge of basic three-point lighting.
*Experience with shooting video on Canon cameras.
*Ability to take detailed notes and to understand feedback if given.
*Excellent time maximization skills.
*Extremely organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
*Superb project management skills with the ability to prioritize projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Familiarity and passion for the automotive industry.
*Ability to troubleshoot computers and software used for editing.
*Live event or on location production experience.
*Experience working directly with talent and clients.
*Experience analyzing, matching, or creating client brands.
*Familiarity with SEO for videos
