Opportunity
The Vice President-Transformation Management Office (TMO) oversees major operational transformation and integration programs across Koher Energy to increase profitability, revenue and operational excellence. The VP will guide overall project governance across the portfolio of Energy businesses and improvement projects, ensuring proper focus and resourcing. Biased toward action, the VP will facilitate strategic decision making as necessary, and track execution/results/progress against plans.
The VP is an experienced strategy and business development professional and advisor who provides thought leadership, strategic direction, and confidence in guiding the strategic vision of Kohler Energy. The VP’s role is to bring to life risks and opportunities inherent in change, and facilitate the strategic, long-term decisions required to act. The role partners across the organization facilitate the execution of key operational and functional strategies, ensuring alignment with business, functional, and operational strategies, across plants, geographies, and functions. This includes the creation and coordination of plans, metrics, and milestones.
Specific Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional, Regional Strategy and Project Stewardship
- Act as central point of contact for urgent business issues, providing analysis, risk assessment, and recommendations on high impact issues.
- Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects across functional areas of accountability.
- Navigate through organizational complexities to drive results.
- Collaborate, challenge, influence, and direct associates across all functions to drive results.
- Facilitate breakthroughs through integrating diverse perspectives and seeking common ground or acceptable alternatives.
- Anticipate future industry and disruptor trends and consequences, and plan accordingly.
- Ensure Accountability: Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Drive effective change management.
- Business Insight: Apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the accomplishment of goals.
- Monitor and facilitate discussions around strategic risks and opportunities.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- Project management training and experience
- Requires prior Private Equity experience or leadership within a private equity owned enterprise.
- Industry and global experience a plus.
- An enterprise thinker, skilled operator, candid and inspiring communicator, and trusted advisor.
- Results-driven. Proven track record leading high performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect dots across disparate bodies of work, synthesizing insights.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with senior executive leaders.
- Strength in creating structure within ambiguity.
- Self-directed, flexible and agile.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop business plans and model financials (in Excel) required.

The salary range for this position is $250,050 - $332,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
