Summary:
This incumbent is to oversee the day-to-day Operations of the CHawk’s Hayward facility. They will be responsible for upholding the profitability and values of the company and leading different departments of the production operations. Ensure the best use of available resource to achieve the set goals, identify areas of improvement, device plans to address them and ensure execution. They will also manage the daily business practices to meet operational goals, produce maximumefficiency, and implement operations structure, and processes as needed. Manage the budgeting process and P&L responsibilities. Develop operational strategies for the site. Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Create an effective and efficient team through continuous communication
- Fully responsible for P&L performance in U.S. operations
- Plan and establish Yearly Sales, Profitability, On Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Quality Requirements and Employee Satisfaction Objectives.
- Lead U.S. Production team to establish and implement continuous improvement plan to achieve company objectives
- Partner closely with other Teams to identify process defects and inefficiencies
- Develop and steer process improvements to ensure efficiency
- Collaborate with other Division Heads and Head of subsidiaries to establish and execute responsibilities to meet the company’s objectives
- Budgeting for multiple projects, including monitoring and controlling costs
- Work closely with Human Resources to implement and refine company policies and procedures
- Guiding, directing and evaluating the work of the direct reports
- Creating and implementing a strategic plan
- Reports to Senior Management the progress on the project and production potential issues
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and attending industry events to stay abreast of new initiatives and ways to stay ahead
- Represent company in internal and external events
- Identifying, training and developing next generation leaders with the company and providing them career paths to grow
Essential Skills:

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering. MBA preferred
- Minimum ten years of experience in similar position
- Minimum ten years of experience in semiconductor equipment and other capital equipment contract manufacturing
- Experience in leadership role in a multi-plant international manufacturing company
- Experience building and scaling teams
