PURPOSE AND DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
The Vice President of Sales holds the responsibility of expanding Servicing Solution's business through identifying, cultivating, and managing the sales process of new clients. The preferred candidate should have a strong sales background and work ethic. Candidates with an existing professional network and experience selling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Loan Servicing, Customer Care, Contact Center Solutions, Collections, Dialers, and Payment Processing solutions are highly favored. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a distinctive ability to establish relationships with key decision-makers and expand their existing networks. Their primary focus will be on top domestic companies headquartered in the United States. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Vice President of Sales will formulate proactive proposals and winning strategies. As of now, this role is an individual contributor position that is expected to expand into leadership opportunities as the company expands.
EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ownership of the entire sales cycle of a prospect, from identification to onboarding.
· Involved in developing and implementing sales strategy on an ongoing basis.
· Help define standards for quality accounts and design effective win strategies.
· Ensure adherence to the sales process, maintaining high quality and effectiveness in all proposals. This includes considerations for content, pricing, solutions, and competitive analysis.
· Clearly communicate the value proposition of Servicing Solutions against the industry as a whole and on a more consultative basis during the sales process.
· Lead and participate in meetings with potential clients, primarily executive-level stakeholders.
· Exhibit experience in driving opportunities through client-focused solutions that are based on the prospect’s needs.
· Manage Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for owned opportunities.
· Document all conversations and correspondence in the CRM, noting all pertinent data related to opportunities.
· Participate in ongoing team meetings to discuss overall goals, performance, and training.
· Travel as needed to participate in conferences and work-related events.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
