As Vice President you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing operations, and driving business growth within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the Residential sector, along with strong leadership and business acumen.
Essential Job Functions - Provide visionary leadership for the residential division.
- Assess and optimize current operations, ensuring strategic alignment with construction and commercial divisions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the division.
- Collaborate with the team to align the division's goals with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement in construction and commercial operations.
- Strategically allocate resources to meet service demands and operational goals.
- Optimize staffing levels and skill sets within the residential division.
- Develop and manage the residential division operations budget.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for cost optimization.
- Play a pivotal role in the development and execution of business strategies for the residential division.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to expand market presence.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance service efficiency.
- Stay informed about technological advancements relevant to service operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between other divisions.
- Prepare regular reports on division performance for the executive team and board of directors.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR to identify talent gaps and implement recruitment and training strategies.
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the residential division.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) may be preferred.
- Extensive experience in operations management, with a track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Familiarity with the industry and understanding of operational best practices.
