Job Description
Directly supervising substance use program managers (IOP, residential); duties to include:
Ensure recovery plans and clinical documentation are completed timely and in line with agency-accepted best practices and standards, while training staff and implementing PQI processes where necessary .
Support managers in ensuring program staff are proceeding toward LCDP.
Complete annual performance appraisals.
Assisting program managers and directors in regularly reviewing, drafting, and modifying policies and procedures.
Assisting program managers and directors in PQI and client satisfaction survey efforts.
Providing on-site operational support to program managers and directors on a rotating basis (i.e., regularly visiting each program site within the division).
Overseeing compliance to contracting requirements, particularly regarding CCBHC and BH LINK/988.
Overseeing compliance to requirements from accrediting bodies and, in partnership with the program development manager, overseeing preparation for re-accreditation site visits and audits.
Identifying training needs within each program and working with the VP and program development manager to create and monitor training plans accordingly.
