As a VP Property Engineering you would be responsible for setting company-wide strategic goals, directs performance, and provides leadership for all Property Operations departments across the resorts portfolio.
- Responsible for collaboration, communication, and overall alignment between field operations and all corporate business partners.
- Drive outstanding quality assurance audits, maximizing asset preservation, and effective preventive maintenance for all resorts.
- Direct strategic Sustainability efforts across all resort properties, align with key business partners on company strategy and execution.
- Partnerships with Project Management and AMS with the effective deployment of capital reserve investments.
- Possess excellent quality standards, have mastery of brand standards, QA procedures, and able to lead the fast-paced maintenance and renovation of our resorts.
- Align EU & International partners to achieve deliverables for the overall position statement, and support of locations with 3rd party management.
- Knowledgeable and able to provide change management for system updates and changes, and effective leveraging of technology (Oracle, Synergy)
- Development of people strategy for maintenance function across HGV, to include incentives & recognition, training & development, talent & succession planning in all leadership positions.

- 10 years of related experience
- 4 years of Management or Supervisory experience
