  • Provide clear and timely communication to executive staff and key stakeholders/partners on program status and raise risks and issues early on in the program to allow the best decision and outcome to be made.
  • The position requires a leader who mentors great talent to the next level.
  • Develop a people strategy to ensure the right engineering and technology talent delivers solutions to meet current and future market demands.
  • Promote and instill a high-performing and engaging team culture that acquires, develops, and retains talent at all levels within the organization and fosters talent management initiatives.
  • Develop and effectively manage the financial budget for all expenses (including capitalization) associated with the platform and product lines.
