DESCRIPTION
- Provide leverage to team members: have a "commercial mind-set" to understand how personal contributions result in revenue generation and creation of shareholder value

QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience within financial sector, experience in Global Capital Markets with a strong preference for specific Esoteric Capital Markets (or general Securitization) deal expertise
- You have an ability to manage multiple projects, proficiency in corporate finance, and organization with a proven track record to run processes on multiple executed deals
- The work is fast-paced, demanding and intellectually stimulating, so candidates should possess excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills and be able to work well under pressure with the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information
- Candidates should be adaptable, know how to prioritize, be able to manage projects independently, and be prepared to assume a high level of responsibility
- Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills which includes strong client and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic is important to being able to handle the work load
- Strong teamwork and communication skills is a must
- Excellent writing, research, and presentation skills (e.g., proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA would be an asset
- Licensed with Series 79 and 63 (or must obtain); Series 7 is a plus
