Salary: $125,000 - $167,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The VP will report directly to the Division President. The candidate will be responsible for oversight and management of the division's overall operational functions, client success and performance outcomes. The VP will manage the department’s budget process and monthly revenue and expenses. This role is responsible for supporting all divisional stateside and offshore team members to drive a positive work culture. In addition, the VP is expected to collaborate with the sales team and successfully secure resources to meet new client expectations. Strong verbal and written communication are required as this role will interact with all levels within the organization as well as with client partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess good communication and follow-up skills. He/she will be the first contact for management and staff. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, operational assessment insight and keep senior leadership informed. Role requires a high level of independence and autonomy. Organizational skills are required to keep performance and projects on task. Since sensitive matters will be discussed, confidentiality is required.
DUTIES:
Oversee daily operational functions for division
Meet or exceed departments performance, financial and engagement goals
Direct contact with key clients and oversight of all client meetings, outcome measures and presentation materials
Oversight and management of all associates and leaders by providing a positive and productive work environment
Assess priorities and assignments - make sure work is kept current and analyze weekly stats and workflow
Ensure accurate and current SOP’s and operational documentation
Yearly performance evaluations for all direct reports
Oversight of audit and QA processes
Maintain monthly KPI’s as required
Maintain a compliant operation with current knowledge of HIPAA and compliance procedures reporting all known risks to compliance team.
Help to train new employees with ongoing monitor and auditing
Experience:
3-4 years of RCM Managerial Experience Required
5-10 years Knowledge of various RCM Functions Required
Behavioral Health Experience Required
Education:
College Degree Required in Healthcare or business-related field
