What you will be doing
The Enterprise Marketing Team has an opening for a Digital Marketing, Program Manager to support the Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) team.
The Digital Marketing, Program Manager will support the Marketing Manager in Digital Marketing efforts towards driving more trips and expanding customers' share of wallet through targeted CRM campaigns on email, push, and text channels.
The position will be based in Pleasanton, CA, Dallas, TX, Boise, ID, near one of our division offices, or close to an Albertsons Office or store.
Main responsibilities
This role will be critical to building and executing work to expand on personalized ad / savings, expansion of our seasonal campaigns and other breadth driving campaigns across owned channels. Key projects they will lead:
- Weekly Deals Communication: This person will help PM the campaign execution and email redesign in 2024. They will support the manager by administering test funnel plans like integrating the dynamic weekly ad content into owned channels (email, push and text) to improve engagement, and ensure reporting is done at a granular level each week. With enhancements across these communications, Albertsons can drive ~$48M in incremental sales in Year 1 conservatively.
- Seasonal Communications: Support manager, to expand and build annual holiday calendar for CRM channels. Expand holidays and retail relevant seasonal days communication on email, push, SMS. The depth of support to be richer and more impactful - driving sales while serving relevant content / experiences to customers.
- Strategize and innovate with manager on Targeted Breadth Driving Strategies - this is not getting the depth of focus needed today. Ex: expanded local & perimeter driving fresh campaigns personalized to customers. Show relevant communication based on shopping behavior like what's new of interest to inspire customers and, or a personalized curated mix of ingredients for planning through bundles/meal plans.
The salary range is $82,900 to $107,680 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). What we are searching for

- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing strategy and ability to develop Digital Marketing tactics that deliver brand objectives.

- Self-starter with strong ownership, able to work independently on projects with a bias for action.
- Solid organizational and project management skills - able to establish priorities, strong dedicated execution, and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Analytically oriented with an ability to understand insights.
- Experience working with technology like Salesforce, Monday.com, Confluence, Figma etc. is a plus.
We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Concentration: Marketing, Communication, or New Media
- 5+ years of experience working on client-side in marketing or related discipline at an agency. Experience in Retail or CPG is considered an asset.
