Vice President Of Operations (Hospitality)

Amerilodge Group is hiring it's first ever Vice President of Operations! Amerilodge Group is a rapidly growing hospitality company with hotels throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. We provide a solid Corporate Support Structure to our Hotel Management so that they can focus on guests and staff on a daily basis. • This position will be responsible for leading our Operations at 37 (and growing) branded hotels throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio and reports directly to the CEO. Our portfolio consists of primarily limited service properties (IHG, Hilton, and Marriott).
• Candidate must embrace our company culture, be results driven, financially responsible, and have a broad knowledge of the lodging industry.

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Previous experience as a General Manager or Regional Manager
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
