- This position will be responsible for leading our Operations at 37 (and growing) branded hotels throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio and reports directly to the CEO. Our portfolio consists of primarily limited service properties (IHG, Hilton, and Marriott).

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Previous experience as a General Manager or Regional Manager
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement
