Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Provide strategic direction to enhance the efficiency of facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment
- Fleet Management: Develop and execute strategies for efficient fleet operations, including maintenance, logistics, and compliance
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, products, and resources
- Project Management: Lead and executive oversight for cross-functional projects and on-site construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes
- Change Management: Drive executive-level organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management/administration, engineering, supply chain and logistics, or related field
- 7+ years experience in a similar executive leadership role with facilities and supply chain management
- Strong understanding of executive-level change management principles and the ability to drive organizational change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across executive levels and departments
- Strategic thinker with a results-orientated mindset
