Associate Vice President, Ai Solutions Delivery

The Associate Vice President (AVP) of AI Solutions Delivery will lead our dynamic team in the artificial intelligence services department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of AI solutions, such as Digital Assistant, AI Insights Hub, and Knowledge Retriever, across our client base in the higher education sector. The AVP will ensure that our AI services exceed client expectations and deliver transformative outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)

• Strategically lead AI Solutions Delivery, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of AI technologies
• Drive the end-to-end delivery process from client engagement through to successful adoption and impact assessment
• Develop and oversee project management frameworks to ensure best practices and excellence in service delivery
• Mentor and guide AI Solutions Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Maintain and expand expertise in AI and conversational technologies, positioning the department at the forefront of innovation
• Build and manage senior-level client relationships, providing consultation and aligning our AI solutions with their strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the strategic planning of the AI services portfolio and play a key role in the development of long-term business strategies
• Ensure rigorous case management within Salesforce and uphold the highest standards of customer service

Required:

• 
  A Masters’ in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in leading AI solution delivery in the technology or consulting sector
• Extensive knowledge of conversational AI technologies and prompt engineering principles
• Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams in a technology-driven environment
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a history of successful project deliveries
• Strong leadership presence with expertise in stakeholder management and strategic consulting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Proven experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Travel requirement 15%
• Ability to maintain and work in a remote home office. Remote/virtual work environment must be free from distractions while performing the essential functions of the job and have a reliable network connection
• Position predominantly includes sitting/standing for long periods of time, close vision through the use of a computer screen, extensive keyboarding, talking, hearing, and infrequent light physical effort is required (minimum of fifteen pounds)
