Vice President of Marketing
The Fix-It Group, LLC is hiring a Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing strategy and vision for the Company and its branches. Reporting to our Chief Executive Officer with a close working relationship with the Chief Financial Officer, the VP will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external marketing agencies/service providers to create and implement marketing campaigns, manage brand positioning, and drive customer acquisition targeted at high ROI-based lead generation. The VP will proactively monitor marketing performance and push the Company toward a greater level of data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and drive highly profitable revenue growth.

Fix-It is a leading provider of non-discretionary home maintenance, repair, and replacement services across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The Company is focused on high-growth MSAs, and currently serves the Denver, Dallas, Charleston, Phoenix, and Orange County (CA) Metropolitan Areas. Vice President of Marketing Responsibilities
- Work with the Executive Team and cross-functional leaders to set the marketing strategy and vision.
- This is not a hands-off role you must be excited to participate and get your hands dirty. Coordinate with branch leadership teams (i.e., Sales, Operations, Customer Service, etc.) and External Teams (i.e., Marketing Agencies, etc.) to develop and implement digital and non-digital marketing campaigns that provide a meaningful competitive advantage.
- Lead the creative side of the Company to amplify brand visibility through effective marketing content and execution that drive growth in customer volume and retention.
- Focus on high ROI lead generation, carefully managing the marketing budget and expenditures, both in aggregate and by channel
- Own collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data and feedback, leveraging data on high-level trends and granular customer feedback to inform decision-making.
- Own digital strategy and execution: drive web traffic and lead generation and conversion through PPC and paid search, display advertising, social media, email/text, and other marketing channels.
- Deliver on critical KPI targets to help the Company achieve its Revenue and profitability goals.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in progressive roles in a high-growth environment known for having a strong brand and exceptional D2C digital strategy.
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Hands-on experience as a marketing practitioner, developing and implementing marketing strategies, ad campaigns, brand positioning, and promotion to drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional team building, and collaboration capabilities.
- Solid data analytics and marketing reporting skills.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and acquisitive organization.
- Experience with and an understanding of lead-generation strategies is required
- Experience in home services or a similar industry preferred.
