Job Summary
The Vice President of Investor Relations leads our sales and marketing function. Birgo's growth comes from acquiring new investors, growing existing accounts, and retaining investors after an investment closes. Our strategy is fueled by digital-advertising marketing campaigns targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs). This position is accountable for building, maintaining, and expanding our sales and marketing capital raising engine. Additionally, this position launches new investment vehicles according to product/market fit and the capabilities of our acquisitions and operations teams. Our company goal is to hit $1B of real estate assets under management by 2030, which will require approximately $300M of equity capital under management. We are one-third of the way there. The individual taking on this challenge is a catalyst for growth, excited and motivated by attaining $200M of equity capital in under six years and impacting stakeholders along the way.

Capital Raising Engine
- Builds, maintains, and expands our capital raising engine
- Architects, implements, and ensures consistent execution of the entire process from ad to lead conversion
- Manages digital advertising campaigns
- Manages lead follow-ups and conversion
- Manages expanding account size of current investors
- Manages investor retention, whereby investors in a closed investment reinvest in other products
- Hits quarterly capital raising targets, ensuring we have ample capital to fuel acquisitions
Brand and Content Marketing
- Crafts strategy for positioning Birgo as a thought leader, giving potential investors the confidence to invest
- Manages Birgo's public relations to further Birgo's brand and reach
- Manages Birgo's online presence, including website and social media
- Manages the production of content, including whitepapers, webinars, blog articles, and podcasts
- Manages investor events, including our large annual event and more frequent regional events
Investment Product Development
- Understands our target market of HNWI and what investment products they want
- Develops new investment products that investors want, acquisitions can purchase, and operations can execute on
- Serves on Investment Committee, ensuring acquisitions align with investment product objective
Customer Service
- Ensures investor quarterly reports are high-quality and issued on time
- Manages Investor Relations, ensuring investors' requests are answered promptly and satisfactorily
- Maintains high Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Orchestrates Advisory Board meetings, soliciting feedback from key investors

Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelors in Marketing or Finance
- Extensive understanding of the concepts and principles of real estate investment and private equity fundraising
- 10+ years sales and marketing leadership, with a strong track record
- 5+ years leadership and people management
- Private equity real estate investment experience (or similar)
