Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets

- Lead the business development team in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor analysis
- Oversee the proposal writing process and ensure high-quality submissions
- Plan and execute events to promote the company's products and services
- Manage grant writing efforts to secure funding for projects
- Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audience
- Provide guidance on nonprofit management strategies
- Coordinate public relations activities to enhance the company's reputation
- Develop and implement fundraising initiatives to support organizational goals
- Oversee email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement
- Utilize Salesforce and databases to track sales activities and analyze data
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong background in proposal writing, event planning, grant writing, social media management, nonprofit management, public relations, fundraising, email marketing, Salesforce, and databases
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams
