Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the construction division, overseeing all aspects of project management and delivery.
- Develop and implement construction strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, site supervisors, and construction professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure the successful execution of Construction projects, meeting quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to foster strong partnerships.
- Evaluate and improve construction processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee budgeting, cost estimation, and financial performance of Construction projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and innovations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Experienced Project/Program Manager with a primary focus on/aptitude in business development and financials, especially P&Ls.
- Experience in and familiarity with modular construction.
- Experience working with company management to identify and pursue potential contracting opportunities.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Minimum 10 yrs of experience as Construction PM.
- Minimum 5 yrs of experience as Federal Construction PM.
- SCIF experience preferred.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
