Veterinary Receptionist

At Mt Paran Animal Hospital, we are searching for a Veterinary Receptionist who has at least one full year of veterinary experience, possesses strong scheduling and customer service skills, and who has the potential to grow into a leadership role. We are in the Buckhead/ Sandy Springs area and are growing rapidly to meet our patients' needs. Our hospital is state of the art, we promote a culture of work-life balance and we have the pleasure of working with wonderful clients in the surrounding area.

We promote work-life balance. Our employees get on average 3 days off per week. We have no after-hours shifts and are closed on Sundays.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

· This person must have at least 1 year of front-desk receptionist experience at a veterinary hospital.

· Professionally greet and communicate with clients in-person, by phone and email.

· Schedule appointments for Mt. Paran Animal Hospital and and other client service needs.

· Proficient at multi-tasking, detail-oriented and meticulous when scheduling appointments, invoicing and processing medical records.

· Proficient with computers, and electronic medical records (Knowledge of eVet Practice Management Software strongly preferred.)

· Various other tasks depending on need to help our clinic run smoothly.
