Job Title: Workday Integration resource
Location:Remote
Pay Range: $40-45/- hrs on w2.
Type: 12+ months

Position summary:

As a Workday Integration resource, you will play a crucial role in the seamless integration of Workday with our existing systems and applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data flows, automate processes, and support HR initiatives. You will partner with our integration architect and support them on projects and run the business activities.

Skills:

• Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Understanding Workday Landscape and Workday integration set up
• Ability to recommend best practice and workable solutions.
• Understanding of Workday studio and being hands on if needed .
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, including design specifications and test plans
• Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and features, recommending enhancements and optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all integration processes.
• Being able to brainstrom and identify issues that are of high priority and support the cross regional teams.

Education:

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs, calculated fields, and custom reports.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and Workday Core Connectors.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM and Time Tracking modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Workday certification is a plus.
