SalaryWe are a multiple doctor fast growing practice and looking for an INDEPENDENT, ENTHUSIASTIC, and PASSIONATE receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be dependable and able to adapt to a fast paced environment, with an outgoing, friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills, ability to multi-task, handle heavy phone lines, and computer proficiency are a must.
Experience in the veterinary industry is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, scan records, prepare charts, etc.
- Greet clients and assist with checking out.
- Assist in cleanliness and maintenance of hospital.
- Be friendly and client oriented
- Ability to work as a team, and relay information correctly.
- Proficiency with multi-line phones and computer systems.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
