We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) with previous experience in the veterinary field.
Must be able to perform in a high-stress environment and able to multi-task. We are looking for an individual who is hardworking, reliable, quick to learn, and able to handle stressful situations. Duties include providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate medical records, answering phones, scheduling appointments, cashier duties including end-of-day balancing, checking patients in and out of the hospital, obtaining a patient history for exams, filling prescriptions, cleaning, operate practice management software, and more
Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous or similar setting is preferred.
