Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients
- Provide information and answer questions about veterinary services, pet grooming, and dog training
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for clients and their pets
- Maintain accurate records of client information, pet medical history, and appointments
- Process payments for services rendered
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards animals and their owners

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
