Our clinic strives for excellent patient care in a professional yet friendly atmosphere. We are a busy practice with four veterinarians. We offer wellness exams, diagnostics, surgical procedures, boarding, grooming, and much more.
Job Requirements
Successfully interact with all team members.
Assist each client in a timely, courteous, concise manner, with great attention to detail.
Have and show compassion.
Possess phone etiquette with multi phone lines.
Quick learner with ability to multi-tasks and prioritize.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Maintain patient charts.
Ability to schedule appointments.
Client education.
Check patients in/out from appointments, drop offs, surgeries, grooming and boarding.
Receive payments from clients.
Fax records and receive records.
Check, receive, and correspond to emails.
Work with clients through the Shepherd, email and with our online store.
Ability to problem solve.
Stocking food.
General cleaning.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Handling large dogs and carrying heavy cats in carriers safely and compassionately.
Handle the physical demands of large deliveries.
Must be willing to learn with a great work ethic.
Must take direction and guidance well, and work as a team.
Previous experience in an office setting as well as a veterinary clinic is appreciated.
Clinic hours- Mondays through Friday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Saturdays 8:00 am -1:00 pm
Our Client Care Specialists work 35-38 hours per week. Everyone has one day off during the week. We do require working a rotation of Saturdays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
