As a customer service representative it is responsibility to schedule appointments, answer the telephones, prepare medical records, create and update client and or patient accounts. provide correct forms for patients being admitted, obtain sales , organize workflow with schedules. Maintaining accurate records of assigned cash draw. Receptionist will be in charge of acquiring medical and legal information that is necessary to allow for recommended procedure to be performed on the pet.
Full-time and part-time positions available in a state of the art, 5-doctor practice, in Davie. We’re looking for a team player to join our terrific front desk team. Our top-notch client service makes for a great work environment. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Experience with Avimark is a plus plus.
