SalaryNow hiring for Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist! We are looking to add highly-motivated, detail-oriented members to our team. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Full-time team members average 38 hours per week.
Hospital hours - Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturdays 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Sundays 4:00 to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in/out guests
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting payments and accounting for cash drawer
- Cleaning the hospital
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Completing outgoing appointment confirmation calls and daily calls to check on the status of ill and post-surgical patients
- Filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Contributing to the hospital's positive, professional atmosphere

- Previous veterinary experience is preferred but not required
