As an experienced Customer Service Representative, you already know what it takes to be a successful veterinary professional. Some of the key skills that we are looking for with this particular opportunity include:
Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist with basic client inquiries.
Acquire knowledge of our services to effectively assist clients and patients.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standard of emergent patient care.
Accurately document all necessary information in client/patient records.
Familiarity with infectious diseases, prevention, and steps to reduce or eliminate transmission.
Handle cash transactions, including deposits and invoicing.
Strong communication skills with both colleagues and clients.
