Job Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Greeting clients promptly and be compassionate and attentive to both client and patient.
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking clinical history
- Answering client questions about foods, medications, products, and procedures.
- Processing payments
- Record accurate communications in patient charts with appropriate grammar
- Review and discuss medical records, estimates, or discharge instructions with clients
- Cleaning and maintenance of the front office
- You must be able to endure sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- You must be confident around pets
- You must be able to work in a noisy environment with sounds from animals and equipment that can be moderately high.
- Must understand that patient needs and work volume may result in more than scheduled hours per week to complete essential duties of this job.
