- Have a commitment to working with integrity, for the best of the patient
- Are experienced in Client Services/ customer service (or are very willing to learn!)
- Have a desire to build long-term relationships with pet parents & the community
Job Duties
- Greeting clients and their pets
- Checking clients in for appointments
- Receiving payments and checking clients out
- Balancing transactions at the end of the day
- Answering our multi-line phone and making reminder phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and educating clients
- Ordering products, creating monthly reports, and general cleaning
