At Abbey Animal Hospital the Veterinary Receptionist is a crucial team member dedicated to the operations of our clinic. We are seeking a candidate that will understand that they are the first and last impression of our clinic and that what they do directly impacts the business bottom line.
We're looking for someone who can deliver EXCEPTIONAL customer service, create lasting positive impressions, and manage administrative tasks accurately and effectively.
The successful candidate will be able to:

- Handle patients and clients with various temperamental requirements
- Anticipate and address client, doctor, and vet assistant needs
- Work accurately with excellent attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls and communicate in a confident, friendly and effective manor

- Monitor client flow and schedules
- Conduct client call backs
- Develop a professional relationship with clients and their pets
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and well-organized working space
- Accurately manage records

Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous veterinary clinic experience desired
- 2 years+ customer service experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift 30lbs
Compensation: Hourly wage based on skills and experience.
