Veterinary Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for veterinary services
- Collect and update client information, including pet records and insurance details
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for clients and their pets
- Provide basic information to clients about veterinary services, procedures, and pricing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping
- Compassionate towards animals and their owners

Typical Work schedule:
4 days a week (9 hour shifts) plus 1-2 Saturdays a month (half day)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
