As the Veterinary Hospital Manager, you play an integral role in leading the hospital team and providing excellent care to our pet patients and clients. Crossroads Animal Hospital in Bastrop, TX is looking for a Hospital Manager to join our practice. Crossroads Animal Hospital is a full service Veterinary Hospital and has been serving Bastrop and the surrounding areas since 1991. We offer veterinary services such as; radiology, out patient care, walk-in appointments, drop off care, in house laboratory, boarding, routine and some specialty surgeries, senior citizens and military savings, Saturday appointments and much more! Qualifications
- Experience in a management/leadership role is a plus
- Experience in the veterinary field is required.
- Have empathy and respect towards pets, clients and colleagues
- Able to review, understand and react to findings in financial reports, budgets, and Profit & Loss statements
- Have excellent interpersonal, listening, and written and verbal communication skills
- Exercise strong time management skills, being able to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
- Possess a good attitude and contribute to building and fostering a positive work environment
- Have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
- Maintain a constructive and harmonious relationship with co-workers, client and vendors.
