Vehicle Acquisition Specialist

Minnesota Truck Headquarters of St. Cloud has an immediate opening for an Acquisitions Team Member (ATM) in our all-new MTH We Buy Car Buying Center. The primary responsibility of this position is to help assist customers in selling their vehicle to MTH.

Depending on job performance, the Acquisition Team Members compensation will range from $40,000.00 to $100,000 + per year.

PRIOR AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. NO EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. WE WILL TRAIN AND DEVELOP THE RIGHT INDIVIDUALS.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior retail experience is a plus!
• Organization
• Phone etiquette
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude - Glass 1/2 full mentality
• A valid and clean driver's license
• Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus!!

An Acquisitions Team Member daily duties will include:

• Initiating contact with private party sellers - continuing to follow up with potential sellers until we have been able to make contact.
• Contacting inbound We Buy selling leads from various sources such as FB Marketplace, Accu-Trade, Autotrader, Craigslist and MTH Website.
• Negotiate purchases between the sellers and MTH.
• Confirm customer vehicle payoff, title and lien information is correct.
• Securing safe and timely transportation of acquired inventory.

Ensuring that our purchasing volume and quality continues to meet the needs of the retail and wholesale departments is a critical task to the continued success of the company.

There are many duties not listed above that will need your attention, with regards to paperwork, reconditioning and lead generation. In the end maintaining appropriate inventory levels is the ultimate goal of the Acquisitions Team Member.
