Responsibilities:
Typical Day in the Life
A typical day as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Audit service line might include the following:
  • Partnering with Audit hiring managers to understand their needs, position requirements and preferences, team dynamics and other key information to effectively recruit and source candidates.
  • Educating hiring teams on the recruitment process and system access as needed.
  • Providing guidance and recommendations to hiring managers on job postings, interview process, hiring decisions and offers.
  • Using a variety of resources, tools, and networks proactively to source qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to encourage candidate referrals and create sourcing strategies that will effectively target passive candidates.
  • Nurturing passive candidate pipelines to effectively build a talent network.
  • Providing insight into marketing initiatives that will help increase brand awareness and position-specific marketing needs.
  • Reviewing applications, screening, and presenting qualified candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule interviews and gather feedback from interview teams.
  • Managing the offer and hired process including extending offers, preparing and sending offer letter, references, background check and hired process.
  • Seeking to understand candidate motivations and needs to provide an excellent candidate experience and advocates for candidates with help from leadership.
  • Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory and firm compliance requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Creating and managing requisition postings in iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS) in compliance with EEO requirements.
  • Following timeframe expectations throughout recruitment process, keeping all stakeholders up to date throughout the process.
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders and collaborates with leadership when handling complex recruitment situations.
  • Sharing ideas that will help improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategy, marketing, and other recruitment related activities.
  • Developing effective relationships with team members, internal clients, and candidates. Seeks way to continue to build trust and is inclusive, understanding, and authentic.
  • Working actively towards becoming an expert in the Audit service line to effectively recruit and source for those positions.
  • Staying up to date on industry news, associations, and events.
  • Performs other recruitment-related responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Who You Are
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition certification is preferred.
  • You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; professional service firm experience with extensive sourcing preferred.
  • You have well-rounded knowledge of recruitment and human resource strategies and practices.
  • You thrive on connecting with people and working in a fast-paced recruitment environment with changing priorities.
  • You are able to successfully establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and hiring managers.
  • You are able to effectively source candidates from a variety of resources, including social media and LinkedIn.
  • You are able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • You are able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.

Benefits and Compensation
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000
