Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated candidate to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Vacation Rental properties, including general administrative tasks. The position will be responsible for maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, property management, team coordination, and general administrative duties to ensure the success of our short-term rental portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Satisfaction:
Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining open lines of communication, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly, and handling guest requests professionally and efficiently.
Property Management:
Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring guests have a seamless experience.
General Administrative Duties:
Oversee administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and document management.
Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and other administrative functions.
Guest Communication:
Implement and oversee effective guest communication strategies, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, messages, and concerns.
Handle special requests, issues, and emergencies as they arise, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance property performance.
Guest Experience Enhancement:
Continuously seek opportunities to improve guest experiences by offering local recommendations, enhancing property amenities, and addressing feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in short-term rental management, hotel management, or property management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Familiarity with Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
Knowledge of local regulations and industry trends.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
