Purpose

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Development team. This role is responsible for the hands-on execution of product design work. Our innovative products present unique challenges to product designers in building intuitive and efficient workflows for customers managing a new kind of technology.

Position Responsibilities

• Leverage a human-centered design to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience for Web and Mobile applications
• Create UX deliverables, such as wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of UX documentation
• Follow the design process and guidelines provided by the team
• Collaborate effectively with product stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams

• 3+ years of UX design experience
• 2+ years in B2B/Enterprise and SaaS product design
• Mastery of UX fundamentals
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, collaboration tools, and process tools
• Familiarity with accessible design principles
• Familiarity with A/B testing
• Experience building and maintaining a Figma UI kit
• Agile process experience
• Experience contributing to and maintaining a Design System
• Kanban process experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Start up team experience a plus
• To be considered for this role, a candidate must provide a collection of work samples including, but not limited to: a UX case study showing the design process from the problem to the solution. The work samples could be an online presentation or an offline doc such as a PDF.
