The successful candidate will also be an energetic self-starter with a passion for technology and software products. They will be results-driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic about making an impact with Jacobs’ Visual Media Group. Responsibilities · In pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate UI/UX Design related degree from an accredited program · Knowledge of prototyping software (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.) · Demonstrated knowledge of user centered design, information architecture, responsive design, and interactive design best practices. · Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills. · Desire to build, collaborate, and develop strong and positive team relationships. · Attention to detail, organization skills, strong work ethic, and ability to handle confidentiality. Ideally, you’ll also have: · 3.0 GPA · Must be at least a rising Junior · knowledge of WordPress · An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered UI design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
