Minimum Training & Experience
UTILITY LOCATION TECHNICIAN I
Minimum Training And Experience
Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent recognized certificate and two years of experience that includes the maintenance, operation, or construction of utility facilities; or one year of experience that includes locating underground utility facilities; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Necessary Special Requirements:
Must possess a valid class "E" State driver's license at the time of appointment.
UTILITY LOCATION TECHNICIAN II
Minimum Training and Experience
Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent recognized certificate and three years of experience that includes the maintenance, operation, or construction of utility systems; or two years of experience locating underground utility facilities; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Necessary Special Requirements
Must possess a valid class "E" State driver's license at the time of appointment.
UTILITY LOCATION TECHNICIAN III
Minimum Training and Experience
Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent recognized certificate and seven years of experience that includes the maintenance, operation, or construction of utility systems; or four years of experience locating City of Tallahassee underground utility facilities.
Necessary Special Requirements
Must possess a valid Class E State driver's license at the time of appointment.
Salary Range
$14.8809 to $46.8208/hourly.
