Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Utilities Group leaderpara unirse a nuestro equipo:
- Zona de trabajo: San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico
- Horario de trabajo: Domingo-jueves 6am-2:30pm, con disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo extra, viernes o sábados según la necesidad del cliente
- Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial
- Tipo de contratación: Tiempo indeterminado
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
- Manejo de personal
- Realiza mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos, predictivos / coordina a personal técnico
- Controlar y gestionar el trabajo de consultores especializados, contratistas y personal interno en proyectos de servicios de construcción y cuestiones de mantenimiento operativo especializado
- Estar familiarizado y comprender el funcionamiento completo de los sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos y electrónicos. Apoyar con la documentación de las tareas realizadas en los mantenimientos.
Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas
- Contar con Licencia de Perito Electricista (Obligatorio)
- 5+ años de experiencia como Perito Electricista, realizando maniobras con disyuntores de media/alta tensión
- Experiencia de 3 años de perito y como líder de grupo 5
- Licencia de conducir.
- Conocimiento en Programa Mantenimiento Predictivo (deseable) Vibración, termografía
- Amplio conocimiento en la operacion de equipos de utilidades, tales como; chiller, compresores, HVAC, bombas centrifugas, torres de enfriamiento, pozos de agua, sistemas de incendio, sistemas de generadores de emergencia, combustibles, entre otros
