Lo que implica este trabajo: Liderar el equipo de Utilidades, amplio conocimiento en la operacion de equipos de utilidades, tales como; chiller, compresores, HVAC, bombas centrifugas, torres de enfriamiento, pozos de agua, sistemas de incendio, sistemas de generadores de emergencia, combustibles, entre otrosNos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Utilities Group leader para unirse a nuestro equipo:
Zona de trabajo: Las Piedras Puerto Rico
Horario de trabajo: Martes a Sábado 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial
Tipo de contratación: Tiempo indeterminado
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Coordinación de tareas del grupo de utilidades (máximo por turno 4)
Conseguir materiales para realizar PM
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las tareas
Reportar cualquier incidente durante el turno
Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas
Supervisión de personal - Coordinando actividades o tareas relacionadas a utilidades (Sistema de vapor, sistema eléctrico, sistema de aire comprimido, sistema de agua purificada, elevadores)
Escolaridad: 4 to año
Experiencia de 3 años de perito y como líder de grupo 5
Conocimiento en Programa Mantenimiento Predictivo (deseable) Vibración, termografía
Amplio conocimiento en la operacion de equipos de utilidades, tales como; chiller, compresores, HVAC, bombas centrifugas, torres de enfriamiento, pozos de agua, sistemas de incendio, sistemas de generadores de emergencia, combustibles, entre otros
