Pay Rate: $50 - $58/hr on W2
Supports the order management organization for Global Order Management and Care and will provide business analyst / business process lead support for various programs and projects supporting the end-to-end order process from once they are considered "clean" through to the invoice (revenue recognition), and post-shipment processes. This will include process / program support, strategy and design, as well as other operational and compliance strategic break/fix activities, including testing, process engineering and documentation support. Will be engaged in global projects and required to provide regular updates, lead teams, or work individually. Will lead or participate on projects across phases, from scoping to conclusion, including design, testing and support efforts. The right candidate will have a working knowledge of order management processes and capabilities. This candidate will also perform testing, create business requirements documentation, process documentation, metrics and measurements (analytics), and other tasks as required in support of active projects.
Responsibilities:
• Lead or join project teams in the implementation efforts for projects/programs
• Key project milestones, adjusting project plans and/or resources
• Responsible for providing testing support, escalation management, tracking issues to conclusion, coordinating call, documenting actions
• Communicates status to stakeholders as needed
• Ensures that project implementation is documented following the correct methodology – designs, development, testing plans, change orders, etc.
• Directs and monitors work daily, identifying resource needs, quality review and escalating quality timeline issues appropriately issuing resolution
• Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes
• Deliver ongoing project reporting, communications and stakeholder reviews
• Follow standard project management guidelines and procedures and quality improvement methodologies (i.e. pmp or six sigma)
• Develop and contribute domain- and/or process-specific expertise and overall quality leadership, contributing to cross-organization projects and process improvements, programs, and activities.
• Work autonomously to handle most unique situations with limited guidance. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience
• Project Manager (prefer PMP or Six Sigma[active] certification, but not mandatory)
• Reads/Writes/Speaks English and local language
