Part Time Urgent Care Receptionist

This is a part time job for a Pediatric Urgent Care Receptionists.

• Must be available to work evenings and Sunday.
• Weekday office hours are 3PM-9PM and weekend hours are 10AM-8PM.
• Must be comfortable in working in a clinic that conducts COVID-19 testing within the office.

Interviews will be conducted through Zoom.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Verifying insurance eligibility and collecting copays/deductibles
• Checking patients out
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information

Skills needed are:

• Customer service skills
• Time management
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility

Required:

• High school diploma

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
