DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter names and addresses for client’s/ customers
- Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
- Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
- Build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
- Accurate and consistent Data Entry
- Other customer service responsibilities to be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma / GED
- Minimum of one-year experience working in Data Entry, Customer Service, sales, or similar field
- Ability to communicate directly with other team members as well as customers daily
- Team player, reliable, and self-motivated
- The ability to learn and retain large amounts of information that can be adapted and applied to customer’s situations
- Able to work with high level of data while keeping attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Demonstrated technical, interpersonal skills, and comfortable working with all levels of a team-oriented organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and databases
- Excellent telephone skills and manners; ability to interact with fellow employees and customers
- Ability to read, write, and speak using excellent grammar and communication skills
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Must be able to pass drug & background Check
