SalaryElcor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently recruiting a full time Unit Secretary to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Unit Secretary is to schedule appointments and transportation for the residents. It is critical that the person is very well organized. The starting rate is $15.00/hr.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule doctors appointments
- Arrange transportation for appointments
- Obtain insurance approval for transportation
- Maintining appointment calendar
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of clerical experience
- Ability to work independently
- Organized and professional demeanor
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
