Job Title: Unit Clerk

Salary: $20 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable of computer systems and office equipment
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Willingness to seek out new methods and principles
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Job Duties:

• Deliver admission charts and initiate forms
• Fax physicians' orders and deliver printouts
• Maintain orderly nurses' station and restock supplies
• Schedule appointments and relay information to nursing
• Screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Type documents as directed by Nursing Administration
• Greet visitors and provide information following company policies
• Order medical supplies under the direction of the DNS
