Element has immediate openings for NDT Technicians to support our fast-growing Aerospace Non-Destructive Testing business. Element has an opportunity for an Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Technician to perform testing on aerospace hardware. We provide a career that offers unlimited growth for dedicated person.

Salary: $20-$32/hr DOE3rd shift opening adds $5/hr
Responsibilities
- Have the skills and knowledge to set-up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document results.
- Be familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique/method.
- Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents.
- Have a basic knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and inspection technology.
- Follows procedure(s) to maintain related test equipment, tools, and machinery in good working condition.
- Completes data sheets and work orders using prescribed technology.
- Works flexible hours and overtime when required.

- Meet the education and experience requirements of NAS-410 and provide documented evidence of qualification.
- Level 1 UT classroom training is required.
- Any previous OJT is a Plus
- Technician must successfully pass UT Level 1 testing requirements within the first (6) months in his/her position.
- Will Train and Certify

U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or U.S. Government export authorization is required.
