Job Description
One of our major needs is to unify the look and feel of our product offering as we integrate various systems into one platform. Our current UX/UI initiatives are driven by our engineering team, so we look forward to finding someone distinctly customer facing. This is one of our first in-house UX/UI roles so you’ll be able to help shape how we do UX/UI going forward.
You'll be heavily utilizing customer surveys/feedback to drive consistency across the customer experience, asking "How do you like this?", "Does this make sense?" as you identify how our customers actually use our product. Then you’ll work with the technical team to bring the goals to life and present the ideas to leadership and other stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the General Manager, Product & Business Transformation and will work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams. This position is remote eligible, with a budgeted salary of 90-105k. Preference for applicants in CST or EST.

- Required: two years of proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Preferably with a SaaS solution
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
- Able to supply a portfolio of design projects
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies and able to keep abreast of competitor products
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for rapid prototyping
- Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)
- Experience with project management and research
- Ability to solve UX problems creatively and effectively
- Understanding of product specifications and user psychology
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
- Up to 5% travel, as needed
